Today we had the privilege of visiting the orphanage where FangYing lived. The director Ms. Wu was very friendly and allowed us to meet the foster grandmother who took care of her the first year of her life. Also, we toured the Little Sister Pre-school that FangYing attended and visited the foster mother Mrs. Li as well. There is no doubt that she was well loved and provided for, not to mention being a little spoiled. She enjoyed seeing her friends, but she was a little selfish. She didn’t want to share her Mama. One of her foster brothers was very happy to see her. Another friend scooped her up and gave her a big hug much to her dismay. The compound included dormitories, foster homes, classrooms, and a really nice play-ground. The grounds looked like a park.
